Position Details

• Status: Full-Time with comprehensive benefits

• Hours: 40 hours per week

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM MST

• Location: Remote opportunity available for residents of Colorado, Montana, Texas, Kansas, or Wyoming

• Training: Paid 3-week training program delivered remotely or in-office, plus a mandatory one-day orientation at our Denver/Aurora office

• Compensation: $40,000-$43,680 annually, based on experience

• Additional Earnings: Monthly uncapped commission opportunities

As a Patient Account Representative, you'll play a key role in helping patients understand and resolve their healthcare accounts with compassion and professionalism.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing outstanding customer service through inbound and outbound phone interactions

• Assisting patients and families with questions regarding healthcare balances and billing

• Working collaboratively with patients to create affordable payment solutions, including payment plans and settlements

• Processing credit card and ACH payments securely over the phone

• Accurately documenting account activity and customer interactions

• Following all applicable federal and state regulations while ensuring consumers understand their rights

• Meeting performance goals while maintaining a patient-focused approach

Must reside in Colorado, Montana, Texas, Kansas, or Wyoming to be considered.

• Prior Collections experience handling delinquent accounts

• Experience in customer service and/or healthcare preferred (but not required)

• Authorization to work in the US

• High school diploma or GED

• Advanced beginner to Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)

• Bilingual English/Spanish skills is a plus!

• Typing 40+ WPM with 90% accuracy preferred

• Experience working from home preferred

• Prior collections experienced preferred
