Asset Management Operations Associate – Hybrid

Location: St. Petersburg, FL

Schedule: Hybrid – Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday onsite

Laptop Provided

We are seeking an Asset Management Operations Associate to support daily account and financial operations for an established financial services organization.

\n

This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in financial services, banking operations, customer service, accounting, reconciliation, transaction processing, or financial data management .

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n
    \n
  • Reconcile account activity across multiple sources and systems to ensure accuracy.
    • \n
  • Review and analyze financial and operational data to identify discrepancies and determine appropriate corrective action.
    • \n
  • Perform daily operational tasks while maintaining accuracy and completeness.
    • \n
  • Review account information, transactions, and supporting documentation.
    • \n
  • Maintain detailed records and notes to ensure client requests and operational issues are properly tracked and completed.
    • \n
  • Follow established policies, procedures, and internal controls.
    • \n
  • Enter and calculate financial data accurately.
    • \n
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and associates at various levels.
    • \n
  • Support additional operational and administrative activities as assigned.
    • \n

Required Qualifications

\n
    \n
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • \n
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
    • \n
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude.
    • \n
  • Ability to analyze information, identify discrepancies, and resolve basic operational issues.
    • \n
  • Basic understanding of accounting concepts and financial data .
    • \n
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • \n
  • Ability to follow established processes and maintain a consistent schedule.
    • \n
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    • \n
\n

Preferred Experience

\n
    \n
  • Financial Services or Banking experience.
    • \n
  • Account reconciliation experience.
    • \n
  • Accounting or financial operations experience.
    • \n
  • Transaction processing or account maintenance experience.
    • \n
  • Experience working with Adobe and/or financial systems.
    • \n
\n
