ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I've been with State Farm for 10 years and just celebrated my 5th anniversary as an agent on December 7th! I'm proud to lead a team of four amazing women who bring diverse backgrounds to our office, including banking, teaching, auto sales, respiratory therapy, and even a YouTube influencer with over 100K followers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Amy Davis - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

• Our office is located in Round Rock, TX.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
• We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
• We have 18 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
