Must Haves 5-10 Years of Project Accounting Experience Experience managing at least 20 million in budget Project Accounting experience must come from a construction subcontracting background Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance Experience with Cost Plus software Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with intermediate to expert level ability to utilize MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc. required Day-to-day: Senior Project Accountant is responsible for coordinating all phases of the construction job costing process including categorizing, recording, analyzing and monitoring costs and billings associated with a large construction project as well as several smaller less complex projects. This position also assures vendor compliance in order to manage project risk.
