Our office has been proudly serving the Tarrytown community since 2003, with Agent Jim Bryan bringing over 40 years of State Farm experience. Jim is a second-generation State Farm Agent, licensed in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. Jim leads a dynamic team of four dedicated professionals. A part of our office's uniqueness is our commitment to train anyone and provide equal opportunities for all team members to grow. Our goal is to help each person develop their insurance sales and service skills so they can succeed not only in their role but also in their long-term career. We believe in building people up and giving them the tools they need to reach their goals. We have a friendly, bilingual culture (English & Spanish), with a passion for helping families and businesses protect what matters most. We treat our clients like family whether that's through insurance protection or offering complimentary coffee and candy in the office with a goody bag. We're a growing, hardworking, yet laid-back team that supports each other and celebrates wins together. Our office is deeply involved in the community, offering services ranging from life and health insurance to auto, home, renters, condo, RV/boat, and even pet insurance. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jim Bryan - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $39,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
