We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team and help us make a difference in the lives of those we serve. What You’ll Do As a Medical Assistant at West Michigan Cardiology, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive top-notch care. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting physicians and healthcare providers during patient examinations and procedures. Preparing patients for exams by recording their medical histories, vital signs, and other essential information. Managing and maintaining medical records with accuracy and confidentiality. Ensuring exam rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for use. Supporting the team with administrative tasks such as working out of the in basket and answering patient inquiries. Promoting a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients. Assist with nuclear and exercise stress testing. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who is eager to grow and contribute to our team. Here’s what makes an ideal candidate: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and colleagues. A commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and professionalism. A passion for providing compassionate care to patients. Epic experience is preferred. Pay is based on experience. CNA, RMA or CMA is preferred but not required.
