Guests travel from near and far to enjoy home-style favorites, the award-winning Sunday buffet, dinner theaters, weddings, and special events. COOK Position Responsibilities Prepare and cook food items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for customers Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes Maintain food safety and sanitation standards Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment and utensils Execute opening and closing procedures Complete all required food and safety logs Requirements Knowledge of food preparation and storage, sanitation requirements and commercial kitchen equipment Ability to stand for the majority of the shift, lift 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
