What You’ll Do Diagnose complex residential HVAC issues independently Complete higher-level repairs with confidence Present repair and replacement options clearly and professionally Mentor junior technicians and elevate diagnostic standards Take ownership of customer experience and job outcomes You will be trusted - and held to clear standards. Compensation $34–$38/hr base (based on diagnostic depth) Performance-based commission on total service revenue Replacement lead bonus Membership incentives Overtime paid at time and a half Realistic earning potential $90K–$115K+ Compensation aligns with performance.
