Sales Support Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Sales Support Specialist in Fort Worth, TX to provide administrative and operational support to our sales team while assisting customers and prospects with inquiries. This role involves handling customer calls and emails, creating quotes, placing orders in Sage 100, maintaining accurate customer records, and acting as an extension of the sales team when representatives are unavailable. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of sales and customer service best practices, is goal-oriented, and can interpret sales metrics while proactively improving processes, reporting, and workflows. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to collaborate closely with the sales team and supervisor, and a creative, solution-focused mindset to help build strong customer relationships and ensure smooth sales operations.
Requirements:
BS degree or associates degree in relevant field and/or relevant work experience
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, MS Excel
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
