Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret intricate medical images to assist in diagnosing and treating various illnesses and injuries.
• Provide diagnostic services, including but not limited to the interpretation of mammography (both screening and diagnostic), PET scans, plain films, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, CT scans, and MRI.
• Conduct and/or interpret studies using PACS and voice recognition technology.
• Meet productivity standards while being accountable for the interpretation of studies and the generation of reports for all credentialed examinations.
• Ensure timely dictation and signing of all studies and clinical notes.
• Communicate directly with referring providers regarding all critical findings.
• Engage in peer review activities and attend clinical conferences as assigned by the Service Chief or their representative.
• Participate in equitable night call and weekend backup duties as required.
• Teach, supervise, and assess radiology residents and medical students from affiliated institutions.
