Project Manager I

We are seeking a Project Manager I to support the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of projects from initiation through completion. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to define objectives, establish timelines, coordinate resources, and monitor progress against approved plans. You will help ensure that project activities are completed on schedule, within scope, and in accordance with quality and compliance requirements.


Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking milestones, identifying risks and dependencies, and preparing clear status updates for stakeholders. You will organise meetings, document decisions and actions, follow up on outstanding items, and support effective communication across project teams. The role also involves maintaining project documentation, monitoring budgets and resource use, assisting with change control, and escalating issues when appropriate. You will contribute to process improvements and help ensure that lessons learned are captured and applied to future projects.


Applicants should have experience supporting or managing projects in a structured professional environment, along with strong organisational and communication skills. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working collaboratively with individuals at different levels, and using sound judgement to resolve routine issues. Proficiency with project management, scheduling, document management, and productivity tools is expected. A degree or equivalent experience in business, project management, technology, engineering, or a related field is desirable. A recognised project management certification, or progress toward one, would be an advantage.
