Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service, maintaining high standards of food and service quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth and seamless service.
- Support team members through coaching, training, and development initiatives to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage guest interactions proactively, resolving concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and uphold safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability.
- Enforce health and safety regulations consistently across all areas of the restaurant.
- Foster a positive team environment by promoting collaboration, recognition, and open communication.
Skills
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Nice-to-have: Previous experience in kitchen, managing teams or supervising restaurant operations; certification in food safety or hospitality management.
