Assistant General ManagerEmpire Today is looking for an Assistant General Manager to oversee all aspects of daily operations within their assigned market. The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for the management of all sales, service, installations, and operational processes and procedures.We offer:Health benefits with quick enrollment - medical, dental, and vision.Paid time off & holiday pay.Wellness program.Professional development & career advancement opportunities.Incentive program.Lots of perks.Compensation Information: $90,000 - $95,000 annually plus bonusResponsibilities:Oversee financial performance and all daily functional operations, including adherence to all policies and procedures.Monitor and improve key sales metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, installed closing, and self-generated/community sales growth.Train and manage sales representatives in both sales and operational processes.Forecast service needs for seasonal business changes and increased volume.Lead field sales initiatives.Coaches and develops sales teams.Qualifications:At least 5 years' operational experience in a home improvement industry setting (includes facilities, warehousing, office, technology, and process).At least 3 years' management or training experience.High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred.Proficiency in MS Office.Why Empire Today?We empower our employees to strive for their unique goals.
