Responsibilities (Buyer Agent + Listing Agent)

1. Follow up with inbound real estate leads and online inquiries
2. Conduct buyer consultations and listing presentations
3. Manage property showings, open houses, and client tours
4. Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing
5. Build your pipeline, referrals, and repeat client business
6. Use CRM systems to manage lead generation and client communication

5. Self-driven with a focus on lead conversion and closing

Compensation

1. Commission-Based Real Estate Role
2. Expected Earnings: $60,000 – $200,000+ annually
3. Bonus opportunities based on performance

1. Full-Time
