The Goals And Challenges Of This Role TIG welding and fabricating on custom parts TIG welding of stainless steels, C-276, Inconel 600 series ASME Code welding and Military Specifications Reading and interpreting custom blueprints and drawings from customers Grinding, sanding, and cutting (oxy‑fuel & hand plasma) Follow lean principles as well as safety and quality standards General welding and shop duties as needed What You Should Bring To This Role Demonstrated success in TIG welding Desire to constantly improve your welding abilities Desire and ability to use shop math Must be able to read and understand job instructions Experience in GTAW, FCAW and GMAW Spray Transfer. Experience in Pipefitting Experience in welding of Carbon, Stainless, or Nickel based alloys Strong overall mechanical aptitude. HS diploma or equivalent Pay Range: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum for the role. Starting pay depends on your skills, experience, and ability to perform the job. #J-18808-Ljbffr
