The Marin County Free Library (MCFL) is a special taxing district that operates ten branch libraries in Marin under the authority of the Board of Supervisors. It provides public library services to the residents of the unincorporated areas of the County and the cities of Corte Madera, Fairfax and Novato. Founded in 1999 at the Marin City Library, the program now provides hands‑on training and work experience at three locations, South Novato, West Marin and Marin City. Marin City Library WebStars at the Marin City Library are responsible for: Helping patrons at the computers in the library Teaching classes Helping with various library related tasks Virtual Reality demonstrations Learning The Lab equipment Helping local organizations with technology needs West Marin Location Point Reyes Interns will work with library staff and patrons in and outside of our library providing a mix of library‑related services.
