Manufacturing Technician I Shift: 3:00PM – 11:30 PM
Pay Rate: $24.00/hour
Location: Fremont, CA

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on, and results-driven individual to join our manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Technician I. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a solid work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform set-up, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies
• Test and troubleshoot assemblies and/or final systems, including more complex systems
• Follow Test Process Instructions (TPI)
• Determine test specifications, methods, and procedures based on the Statement of Work (SOW)
• Complete rework on assemblies and/or systems as needed
• Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems
• Perform additional tasks as assigned, such as unpacking, packaging, labeling, and crating

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and follow verbal and written instructions
• Familiarity with manufacturing documentation
• Knowledge of basic office software applications (word processors, spreadsheets, and databases)
• Basic knowledge and understanding of computer hardware and troubleshooting
• Ability to regularly lift, push, and move up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and work on ladders
• Minimum of 1 year related experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
