Job Overview Hercules is seeking full‑time and part‑time Customer Service Representatives to work at our office in Hicksville, NY. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle a high volume of diverse customer inquiries, provide cross‑functional support to Sales and Operations, maintain a professional demeanor, and contribute to the company's mission of delivering best‑in‑class service. Compensation Estimated salary: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
