Biogen seeks a Head of Patient Engagement for Immunology to design and lead patient support strategy across the immunology portfolio. Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end post-prescription patient journey strategy across immunology portfolio
Design and optimize patient engagement programs to improve therapy initiation and persistence
Build and scale high-performing patient engagement organization for current and future needs
Serve as patient engagement lead for pipeline and launch products from development through commercialization
Partner across multiple functions to align patient support strategy with business and product objectives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
15+ years in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industries
10+ years leading patient services, engagement, support, or market access functions
Demonstrated success building patient support programs and hub operations
Significant experience with product launches and commercialization strategies
Deep knowledge of U.S. healthcare ecosystem, reimbursement, and specialty pharmacy
Proven ability to leverage data and analytics for strategic decision-making

Compensation: $240,000-$339,000 base
