Bilingual Contact Center Representative

Seeking dedicated customer service professionals, the full-time and part-time Remote First Shift Bilingual Contact Center Representatives will connect with CBN partners through prayer, share information about CBN's ministries, and encourage financial support while working from home. Key responsibilities: Engage with established and prospective partners through inbound calls, providing prayer and ministry support Share information about CBN and its affiliated ministries while encouraging financial contributions Utilize biblical doctrine to pray with callers and maintain a distraction-free home office environment Required qualifications: 1+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service role Fluent in both English and Spanish, with professional verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of the Bible and ability to pray concise, Scripture-based prayers Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Windows-based operating systems and multiple applications Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a structured, fast-paced environment
