Learning & Development Specialist: Train-the-Trainer Lead

A leading utilities provider is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to support training initiatives. This role focuses on designing and delivering engaging training programs for diverse stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience, strong facilitation skills, and a background in instructional design.
