Commercial Loan Closing Specialist

Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Loan Closing Specialist within Specialized Industries – Commercial Banking. In this role, you will lead post-close servicing and portfolio management activities for moderately complex to complex commercial loans, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and service-level expectations.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Commercial Loan Closing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with commercial loan documentation, closing, servicing, or portfolio management activities.
• Knowledge of commercial lending products, loan documentation, credit structures, and related servicing processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems, applications, and research tools to analyze information and resolve issues.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Experience or familiarity with Wells Fargo servicing and credit platforms, including AFS, LoanIQ, and nCino.

Pay Range: $60,000.00 – $109,000.00
