Location: St Louis, MO 63102
Pay Scale: Rate: $21/hr
Job Description:
The Escrow Assistant provides administrative support for residential and commercial real estate transactions, including resale, new construction, refinance, relocation, and timeshare. This role assists with opening and processing escrow files, preparing and maintaining documents, coordinating with customers and internal teams, and ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant escrow transactions.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Administrative or customer service experience required.
- Escrow, title, mortgage, or real estate experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, organizational, and data entry skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
