Cardiovascular Operating Room Registered Nurse Location: KY, Bowling Green Posted: 07/06/2026 Type: Contract Status: Active Job Description Job Summary Seeking a skilled and experienced Travel Special Procedures Technologist for our Interventional Radiology department. Key Responsibilities Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab. Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety. Operate and monitor specialized equipment used in cardiac procedures. Administer medications and contrast agents as directed. Maintain sterile field and adhere to infection control protocols. Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergencies. Perform post-procedure care and documentation. Ensure accurate and complete patient charting. Schedule / Shift 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Required Qualifications Experience as a Radiologic Technologist. Proficiency in Interventional Radiology procedures. Must have demonstrated Cath Lab experience. Certifications ARRT (RT) BLS ACLS Experience Proven experience in a Special Procedures or Interventional Radiology setting. Skills Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy and physiology. Ability to operate cath lab equipment. Excellent patient assessment and monitoring skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. EMR / Systems Experience with electronic health record systems is expected. Unit / Specialty Interventional Radiology; Cath Lab.
