Job Description This position is responsible for generating and tracking both incoming and outgoing correspondence related to complaints from Providers within the company's network. This position will interact (VIA E-mail) with facilities, vendors, providers and other staff. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Required. Must have phones experience in DME, Dr office, clinic or managed care Call center experience and member services exp Minimum of one year experience in a general office and/or customer service experience required Strong knowledge of medical terminology required.
