Job Description

· Oversee and lead 2–5 manufacturing leaders within an investment casting plant

· Monitor and manage key plant performance measurements including quality, cycle time, delivery, and cash flow

· Establish and drive operational metrics and KPIs to optimize plant performance

Key Requirements

· Minimum of 7 years of experience managing supervisors in a heavy manufacturing environment

· Bachelor's degree preferred
