Overview We have a fantastic opportunity to join one of our high-growth, expanding Residential New Home Builder clients in their Charleston, South Carolina (SC) division. Responsibilities This valued Senior Purchasing Leader will be responsible for various purchasing activities and initiatives related to costing, contract negotiations, and bid process with vendors for the Charleston area market while working closely with other key local, regional, and national team members to establishing and manage category, sourcing, and preferred partner programs for the division. Qualifications 7+ years experience in production/volume based residential homebuilding desired with experience in construction operations or purchasing. Exposure to JD Edwards a plus.
