Senior Investment Associate

This is a rare opportunity to join a highly active and well-positioned multifamily investment firm. The Role: This position supports an existing portfolio while driving aggressive new acquisitions. You will work directly with leadership to execute complex business plans and long-term wealth creation strategies. Key Responsibilities: Perform deep-dive due diligence and underwriting for prospective multifamily investments. Prepare financial modeling to support and guide both Acquisition and Asset Management decisions. Provide comprehensive support for the acquisition, financing, asset management, and disposition processes. Analyze and monitor the financial performance of properties, including benchmarking to budget and collaborating with management in executing business plans. Conduct property, market, and industry analysis to identify inefficiencies in target geographies. Assist in the preparation of presentation materials (both for internal and external uses) for Investment Offerings and Investor Reporting. Qualifications: Experience: 3–7 years of experience in a finance, analytical, or investment capacity specifically within multifamily real estate. Modeling Skills: proficiency in Excel (including DCF analysis) and real estate modeling. Travel: Ability to travel ( less than 25% of the time ) to visit properties.
