Your Role in the Journey

In this impactful capacity, you will not only address challenges faced by patients-you will help them to rebuild their routines, restore confidence, and reignite joy in their everyday lives. From aiding stroke survivors in fine motor skill recovery to assisting orthopedic patients in restoring mobility post-surgery, your expertise will provide compassionate, person-centered care that supports resilience and renewed independence.

Here, we reject the notion of checklists-the focus is on crafting narratives. Each patient has a unique story, and every therapy session is an integral chapter in their recovery journey. You'll collaborate closely with a team of professionals, including fellow therapists, doctors, nurses, and specialists, to develop rehabilitation plans that reflect the individuality of each patient.

Why You'll Love Joining Us - and the Unique Place You'll Call Home

We are more than just a workplace; we are a community that supports and inspires one another. Our rehabilitation team thrives on cooperation, sharing knowledge and celebrating achievements together, whether they are large milestones or smaller victories. This is an environment where your insights matter, your development is nurtured, and the results of your hard work are evident every day.

And let's not forget about the surroundings: Amarillo, Texas, is a locale filled with surprises waiting to be discovered. Trade the hustle and bustle of urban life for scenic charm, where you can enjoy wide-open spaces, captivating sunsets, and the allure of the Texas Panhandle. From traditional steakhouses to eclectic art galleries, the cultural diversity of this area promises a lifestyle that balances both work and play.

With a community that harmonizes creativity, tradition, and a pace of life that allows for spontaneous adventures, it's easy to see why so many find their home here. Whether it's stargazing at nearby national parks or exploring the local arts scene, you'll discover endless opportunities for inspiration and enjoyment.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking an individual who views occupational therapy not merely as a job, but as a vocation. Someone who becomes energized when witnessing a patient take their first independent steps or articulate a thought they thought was lost. If you are an experienced OTR/L or an emerging talent with a newly minted certification, as long as you bring empathy, diligence, and a willingness to grow, you will thrive in our setting. If the prospect of combining exceptional care with a fulfilling lifestyle resonates with you-then you've found the right opportunity.

Join Us in Making a Difference

This is more than just an invitation for a job; it's a call to participate in a mission greater than yourself. Your work will transform lives, enable meaningful recoveries, and restore what once was lost, all while being rooted in a region celebrated for its blend of ambition and tranquility.

If you desire to grow, give back, and be part of a compassionate community, we are excited to meet you.
