Building Ambassador

As a building ambassador you create the first impression of the building. Residents, guests and visitors are greeted by you, so warmth and a professional manner matter most. If you have worked in hospitality, retail or any customer-facing role, you already have the skills we look for. Two full-time schedules are open:
- Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 3pm to 11pm, plus Monday and Tuesday, 11pm to 7am
- Wednesday to Sunday, 11pm to 7am

The Job

You are the face of the building. On a typical shift you will:

• Welcome residents and guests and manage visitor access
• Receive, log, and distribute packages and deliveries
• Coordinate vendor and contractor access
• Keep the lobby and front desk organized and presentable
• Monitor the entrance and report issues to management
• Maintain records in the building software (training provided)
