This Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) delivers outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages within a structured clinical environment. The facility operates on a standard Monday through Friday weekday schedule and maintains established clinical protocols to support consistent care delivery. On-site support staff includes MDs, APPs, medical assistants, and licensed vocational nurses to support daily clinical operations.

Arroyo Grande is a Central Coast city offering a range of outdoor and cultural attractions suited to varied interests. Notable destinations include Lopez Lake Recreation Area, which features 22 miles of scenic shoreline with camping, fishing, boating, hiking, mountain biking, and zip-lining, as well as the Swinging Footbridge - the only structure of its kind in California - spanning 40 feet above a local creek. The Historic Downtown Village offers antique shops, family-owned wine tasting rooms, local dining, and a farmers market, with coastal and wine country destinations such as Pismo Beach, Edna Valley vineyards, and Grover Beach accessible within a short drive.

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), working Monday through Friday on a day shift schedule with a 40-hour work week and no call or weekend responsibilities. The expected caseload is 20-25 patients per day, varying based on case complexity, with clinical responsibilities encompassing the evaluation and management of primary care conditions across all age groups. On-site support staff includes MDs, APPs, medical assistants, and licensed vocational nurses to facilitate daily clinical operations. Board certification and prescriptive authority are required for this assignment.
