Make an immediate impact supporting elementary students as a dedicated Occupational Therapist on a full-time contract, starting as soon as possible and continuing through the end of the school year. Work closely with a vibrant school community near Longmont, CO, providing crucial services across two welcoming elementary campuses. This rewarding role involves managing a caseload of approximately 45 eager, diverse students seeking your expertise and compassion.

Skills and Experience Sought:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in Colorado.
• Experience providing occupational therapy within a school setting strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of individualized education programs (IEPs), progress monitoring, and school-based documentation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other related service professionals.
• Strong organizational skills and confidence navigating between multiple sites.
• Positive, flexible attitude and a passion for supporting young learners.

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to elementary students identified with varying needs.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements.
• Support and collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and specialists to enhance students' participation in the school environment.
• Educate families and staff on exercises and strategies to reinforce carryover of therapy goals.
• Adapt services to provide creative, engaging interventions across two engaging school sites.
