Assistant Property Manager

This role involves working closely with tenants, vendors, and the property management team to ensure the smooth operation of our properties. Your Role Assist with tenant relations, property maintenance requests, lease administration, responding to inquiries, coordinating maintenance, and supporting property inspections. Work closely with the Property Manager to maintain properties and meet tenant needs in a timely manner. Responsibilities Assist with tenant inquiries and satisfaction. Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests. Support lease administration including renewals, transfers, and move‑ins/out. Participate in property inspections and report findings. Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. Proficiency in property management software (Yardi or AppFolio) preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
