Benefits Affordable medical, dental, and vision care Flexible spending accounts Life insurance 401(k) with company match …and much more Job Description Track program open items list Completes annual personnel performance appraisals and training objectives Determines staffing needs and employee development requirements Supports plant safety rules, UAW contract and CSP procedures and standards Supports and maintains ISO 9001 & ISO14001 Interviews and selects new department personnel Develops project capital needs Ensures building safety and health codes are maintained and followed Improves manufacturing reliability through reduced unscheduled equipment downtime Authorizes expense accounts, purchase orders, equipment spare parts inventory, and personnel training requests Supports maintenance training Manages safety as an equal to other key functions Holds frequent meetings with supervision focusing on employee safety Monitors departmental action items to ensure timely and effective correction of issues Holds supervision and employees accountable for safety activities Supports safety training and ensures personnel are in attendance Knows details of all injuries and corrective actions taken Conducts effective management safety evaluations Leads by example Deliverables Promotes ISO 9001 and ISO14001 compliance Creates and maintains continuous improvement plan Tracks preventative maintenance and completion Records all related actions with vendors regarding facility repairs and revisions Maintains AR file Handles project assignments Conducts annual personnel performance reviews Prioritizes personnel and resources as activities require Manages customer and CSP continuous improvement programs If you enjoy innovation and an opportunity to learn and contribute to a growing organization, CSP is the place for you!
