Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and create individualized therapy approaches to support their functional aspirations

Implement Therapeutic Strategies: Adopt evidence-based methodologies to enhance motor functions, cognitive ability, and daily living skills

Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner seamlessly with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical doctors, and nurses to facilitate thorough, holistic patient care

Instruct Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families on therapeutic techniques that promote continuous improvement in their home environments

Track and Document Progress: Monitor patient development and modify treatment methods as necessary to ensure alignment with clinical goals

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

Continuing education or further certifications are encouraged and supported

Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required

A genuine passion for helping others and a drive to support individuals in achieving their highest level of autonomy
