Develop Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and craft individualized therapy strategies that assist them in reaching their functional objectives

Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and activities of daily living

Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to ensure thorough and holistic patient care

Guide Patients and Family Members: Provide education to patients and their families on therapeutic techniques to encourage progress at home

Track and Record Patient Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatments as necessary to maintain patient momentum

Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Commitment to continuing education or advanced certifications is encouraged and facilitated

Current Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
