M & F Laundry is a growing commercial laundry company serving leading hotels and hospitality partners throughout Southern California.

We're looking for dependable, hardworking team members to join our  Towel Folding Department .

Our towel department processes thousands of pieces of hotel linen every day using modern automated folding equipment. We're looking for team members who can maintain a strong production pace while making sure every item meets our quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Feed towels and other terry items into automated folding equipment
• Inspect towels for stains, tears, damage, and other quality issues
• Separate items that do not meet quality standards
• Maintain a consistent production pace throughout your shift
• Organize and prepare finished items for the next stage of production
• Work with your team to maintain smooth and continuous production flow
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures

What We're Looking For

• Commercial laundry, warehouse, or production experience is a plus, but not required
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to quality and detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Commitment to workplace safety and following procedures
  

Compensation

$18.47–$20.00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.
