Position In-Store Scheduling & Marketing Representative: engaging with customers in national home improvement retail stores generating appointments for our home services team. Hours worked must be productive hours generating appointments each shift. Hours are managed accordingly. Qualifications Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills. Experience generating appointments face to face by approaching customers: Door to Door or Business to Business. Comfortable approaching and engaging with customers in a retail environment. 2 years experience preferred (not required). Ability to stand and walk during shifts. Weekend and some holiday availability. Reliable transportation. Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand. Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
