Pay: $19/hr | Temp-to-Permanent Opportunity

BG Staffing is seeking an experienced and highly organized Bilingual Assistant Property Manager to support an apartment community in Addison, TX 75001 . This position is ideal for someone who has strong property operations, financial management, resident relations, and leadership experience and is looking for a permanent opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with daily property operations
• Manage leasing, renewals, rent collection, and resident relations
• Maintain accurate resident files and property documentation
• Assist with delinquency reporting and account follow-up
• Support marketing efforts and occupancy goals
• Address resident concerns professionally and promptly
• Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and lease administration
• Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and community standards

Requirements

• Previous Assistant Property Manager experience required
• Must be bilingual English and Spanish
• Strong leasing, collections, administrative, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of property management software preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
• Professional demeanor and ability to build positive resident relationships
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
