Sr. Performance Creative Designer (Full-Time) Location: hybrid in NYC; 3x a week Company: consumer tech startup (furniture, home goods)

Proven experience designing high-performing paid assets across Meta, TikTok, and/or Pinterest, with a portfolio of relevant work Strong understanding of performance marketing principles + creative testing methodologies; able to translate insights into iterative creative concepts Comfort working fast-paced startup environment and excited to build These are must-have requirements to be considered for the role. We're building the destination for furniture shopping, helping consumers navigate one of the most complex purchasing decisions with confidence. About the Role We’re bringing paid creative in-house! You’ll lead the design, strategy, and—when needed—copy for paid assets across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. You’ll own the delivery of high-impact, brand-aligned creative directly to our agency partner, eliminating back-and-forth headaches. This role reports directly to the AVP of Brand & Creative. What You’ll Do Strategize and design best-in‑class, performance-driven creative for paid campaigns across key platforms. Fully own the creative process from ideation to final delivery ensuring brand alignment and strong performance. Edit influencer content into platform‑specific, testable assets. Seamlessly align with our team and agency, asking the right questions on deliverables per platform. Who You Are 4+ years of hands‑on professional design experience. A mid‑to‑senior expert who needs no hand‑holding—you make strong, independent design decisions. Deeply attuned to furniture and home design trends, with a sharp eye for what’s visually compelling in the industry. You thrive on brand consistency and can elevate creative excitement. Nimble and comfortable with influencer content and evolving deliverables. A strong communicator who ensures smooth collaboration between our team and the agency.
