Business Developer & Executive Operations Coordinator (Remote) - Advisory Firm

Cherry Hill Advisory is a boutique internal audit, risk advisory, and CFO services firm based in Cherry Hill, NJ. We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive coordinator to support our CEO and business development efforts as we grow.
This is a hybrid role, part executive support, part business development coordination, ideal for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys client-facing polish, and is comfortable using AI tools to work smarter.
What you'll do:
Support executive calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence
Draft and format client proposals, statements of work, and engagement letters
Track leads and manage CRM data
Design polished presentations and client-facing materials
Coordinate e-signature workflows and follow-ups
Use AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and content quality
What we're looking for:
Strong written English and professional communication skills
Experience in proposal writing, business development support, executive assistance, or consulting operations
Genuine design/presentation skills, please share a portfolio or sample if you have one
Comfort with AI productivity tools
Highly organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities
Must be available and responsive during US Eastern business hours
Based in Latin America preferred
Bonus points for experience with monday.com, Salesforce, or HubSpot, and background supporting consulting, audit, finance, or advisory firms.
