Patient Service RepresentativeThe Patient Service Experience Representative will support a remote call center environment focused on patient collections, account resolution, and financial conversations with patients. This role is responsible for handling high-volume inbound calls, explaining patient balances, reviewing insurance details, collecting payments, and setting up payment plans when needed.
