Title Dental receptionist / admin Job Description Key Responsibilities: Patient Reception: Greet patients warmly as they arrive and check them in efficiently. Answer and direct phone calls promptly, ensuring each inquiry is handled professionally. Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental office software. Maintain an organized calendar to maximize the efficiency of the office. Insurance & Billing Support: Verify insurance details, assist with billing inquiries, and process payments. Ensure accurate documentation of patient records and transactions. Administrative Tasks: Manage patient files, update records, and maintain a clean and welcoming reception area. Preferences Experienced Dental Receptionist / Admin (1+ years) Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a dental or medical office is preferred.
