Material Handler

Material HandlerLocation: FlintShift: M-F, 7:00am - 4:30pm - OT may be required, including weekendsPay Rate: $20Our client is seeking an experienced and dependable Material Handler to support production and material flow throughout the facility. This role involves moving materials, loading and unloading shipments, and supplying parts to production areas in a safe and efficient manner.Essential Job Duties:Operate forklifts and 4-way lift trucks to move materials and productsLoad and unload trucks and incoming shipmentsDeliver parts and materials to production lines as neededCheck in parts and kitting orders and review work orders or BOMsMaintain proper material flow to support production schedulesFollow safety procedures and wear required PPEKeep work areas clean, organized, and safePerform general housekeeping and trash removal as neededQualifications:High school diploma or GED preferredPrevious material handling, manufacturing, or warehouse experienceExperience operating forklifts or similar material handling equipmentAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds during the shiftAbility to work independently and as part of a teamRegular and reliable attendanceWhy Work With Qualified Staffing: We offer a fantastic benefits package to all of our employees, including healthcare, vacation and holiday pay, and a 401(k).
