Hamm's Custom Masonry is looking for a dependable, hardworking Construction Laborer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with construction experience who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and is interested in traveling with our crew to future projects after our current work in Flint, Michigan is complete.

Responsibilities
- Assist masons with commercial and residential masonry projects.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment.
- Mix mortar, prepare work areas, and maintain a clean job site.
- Operate hand and power tools safely.
- Set up and tear down scaffolding and other job site equipment.
- Perform general construction labor as directed by the foreman.
- Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures.
- Travel with the crew to future job sites as projects are completed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of construction experience required.
- Ability to lift 80 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday.
- Comfortable working at heights, including scaffolding and elevated work platforms.
- Willing to travel with the company following completion of the Flint, Michigan project.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
