Our commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction sets us apart and drives our success.Join our team and become part of a company that values your skills, knowledge, and contribution. Essential Job Functions:Prepare surfaces for concrete placement by setting forms and ensuring proper alignment.Pour concrete and spread it using various tools such as rakes, shovels, and screeds.Finish concrete surfaces using hand or power tools to achieve desired textures and smoothness.Apply curing and sealing compounds to protect finished surfaces.Repair and patch concrete surfaces as needed.Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.  Qualifications:Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role.Proficiency in operating concrete finishing tools and equipment.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.Physical stamina and the ability to perform strenuous tasks in varying weather conditions.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. What we offer:Competitive compensation100% company paid health insurance for employee and dependents100% company paid dental and vision for employee and dependents401k with 3% company matchOvertime after 8 hoursPTOAnd much more!
