We’re hiring a Marketing Communications Associate in Wilmington to help prepare campaign content, customer materials, and company updates. You’ll work with colleagues to gather information, coordinate approvals, and keep communications consistent across channels. What You’ll Help Create Draft emails, newsletters, announcements, and promotional copy. Prepare social media content and website updates. Adapt information for presentations, handouts, and customer communications. Maintain content calendars and follow up on feedback. Check materials for accuracy, readability, and brand consistency. Support event communications and summarize audience responses. Your Experience Could Fit Communications, marketing, content, or administrative experience is helpful. We also welcome coursework, internships, student publications, volunteering, and experience promoting a Wilmington business or community activity. A specific degree isn’t required. Clear writing, careful proofreading, reliable organization, and confidence using everyday digital tools matter most. Canva or email marketing experience is a plus.
