With a strong focus on continuous improvement, they pride themselves on maintaining excellence at every stage of their manufacturing process.Key Responsibilities:• Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.• Perform basic setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting to keep equipment running effectively.• Inspect and verify materials, components, and finished products for quality and consistency.• Follow established SOPs, safety procedures, and facility guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.• Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling, documentation, and inventory accuracy.• Maintain cleanliness in work areas and assist with routine cleaning and sanitizing of production equipment.• Track and document production data, material usage, and workflow information with accuracy.• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.• Report equipment issues, quality concerns, and safety hazards promptly.Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent required.• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar industrial environment preferred.• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.• Reliable communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.• Willingness to work varying shifts, including overtime when needed.• Basic knowledge of safety protocols—training provided.What We Offer:• Competitive hourly pay based on experience. $18-$20 DOE.• Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and paid time off.• Opportunities for professional development and advancement.• Supportive and inclusive workplace culture.• The chance to contribute to a company that values sustainability, innovation, and community.At Legacy Talent Search, we are more than just a staffing agency.
