We take pride in helping people through difficult situations while creating a workplace that is genuine, positive, and focused on giving our team opportunities to learn and grow.We are looking for someone who:Has 3-5 years of on-job experience in a verifiable paint role.Can function in a high stress environment that can change daily.Has excellent time management, delegation, and multi-tasking skills.Is self-motivated and can work independently and as a team.Key responsibilities and duties:Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of paint and job site safety.Skilled in all aspects of site prep, painting, spraying finishes and touchup work.Work on jobsites daily and always maintain a clean and safe work environment.Drive company vehicle to jobsites- follow all traffic laws.Communicate technical knowledge and expectations in a professional/effective manner to homeowners who may be unfamiliar with painter terminology and process.Requirements:Ability to perform a physically active job, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, and lifting/moving 50+ pounds.Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.Ability to pass a criminal background check for work on insurance-related claims.Basic smartphone, email, and technology skills.Benefits:Company Vehicle + Gas CardPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysMedical, Dental & Vision InsuranceLife Insurance401(k) with Company Match after one year of employmentMonthly cell phone reimbursementEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)
