Cook/Management Trainee

Job Description
Our current Cook/management trainee is moving, and I now have two weeks to find a new Cook/Manager trainee!
Understanding the restaurant menu and the preparation of your food is crucial for aspiring managers. At the Crack'd Pot, all our managers are expected to be proficient in the kitchen and capable of cooking orders. Our knowledgeable staff is enthusiastic and prepared to train the next generation in what it means to be a member of our family.
We pride ourselves on a legacy of lifelong employees and are eager to welcome more to our team! Our starting salary is based on experience and work history, ranging from $16 to $20 per hour, with weekly paychecks. We provide quarterly raises, opportunities for overtime, employee discounts, and set schedules that include two consecutive days off. Requirements are listed below.
We are currently offering a $500 hiring bonus, which will be granted after the first 90 days of employment, provided there is no record of tardiness.
Job Requirements
*Must possess reliable transportation
*Must own a functioning cell phone with messaging capabilities
*Must be available to work on weekends
*Must demonstrate a stable work history (Applicants with more than three jobs in the past year need not apply)
*Candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills and maintain a positive attitude at work every day.
